KHM Travel Group is an independently owned subsidiary of KHM Consulting, Inc. KHM Travel Group's primary function is as a host travel agency with over 900 independent travel agents throughout the US and Canada. KHM Travel is accredited by IATAN and CLIA. The company is also a member of ASTA, OSSN, Vacation.com and the Brunswick Chamber of Commerce. The company's home offices are located at 50 Pearl Rd Ste 110, Brunswick Ohio 44212-5705.

Meet our Leadership Team

Rick Zimmerman - President & CEO
Life has a way of taking us back to our roots, and that's certainly the case with Rick. He began in the travel industry fresh out of college where he worked as a travel agent for a small mom and pop agency in Cleveland, Ohio. Rick left the travel industry to follow his brother into the residential construction industry where he spent the next twenty-five years. In early 2002 he began to dabble in travel again. One thing led to another and KHM Travel Group was founded. While not a gambler, Rick's passion is taking trips to Vegas with friends, family and agents. He is also Vegas Certified™ and assists the agent base with their "Vegas" needs!

Rick's vision for KHM Travel Group is to have the absolute best agent support, combined with the state-of-the-art training, and be known for having the highest commission payouts in the entire industry.

Today, Rick is the driving creative force behind KHM Travel Group.

Burt Kramer - Agency Director
Travel has always been an integral part of Burt's life. By the time he was only five years old, he had visited 38 of the 50 states traveling on family vacations. He continued this tradition with his wife, Patricia and their three sons. The whole family has been bitten by the cruise bug. Burt has an extensive online marketing background and found himself gravitating to the travel industry. Just over nine years ago he got his feet wet with Travel Dynamics out of Scottsdale, Arizona and in early 2002 Burt joined Rick Zimmerman and KHM Travel Group. Over the last six years Burt personally recruited over 1,800 new travel agents. He continues to oversee agent development and training.

Patricia Kramer - Commissions Manager
Patricia's attention to detail has given her the perfect edge in our accounting department specifically working with commissions. Additionally, she oversees all travel documentation. Her passion is helping people and insuring that our agents get their commission checks in a accurate and timely fashion. She is also an avid traveler and especially loves cruising on Royal Caribbean with family, friends and our agent team members. Patricia also helps out in the sales department and assists in agent support.

Cyndi Hansen - Agent Trainer
Cyndi's career in marketing began before she even finished college. At only 19, she began working in a competitive sales industry earning her trips, bonuses and awards. During this time, she finished up her marketing degree on a evening and weekend program. Over the past 20 years, she has had a career in sales, sales management, sales training, and marketing, and her most important role as "Mom".

Cyndi also worked for Dale Carnegie Training where she was a training consultant. During her time with this company, she became a public speaker, assisted in the instruction of sales training, and sold Dale Carnegie Training programs to middle and upper lever management. Most recently, Cyndi has been a mom to her three kids and resides in Medina, OH. Since she is now sending her youngest off to Kindergarten, Cyndi has decided to re-enter the work force and become part of the team with KHM Travel. She is looking forward to working with each and every one of our agents to help make their business a success.

Maria Ivanovic - Executive Assistant

Renee Bridges - Travel Agent Support
Renee got her passion for travel as a child. Growing up with a father who traveled to golf, she found herself visiting countless golf courses up and down the east coast. It's here she fell in love with staying in hotels and resorts. She attended a business college and received her Associates degree in Travel & Hospitality Management. Renee started her internship at Embassy Suites in Pittsburgh and then moved to Orlando to work at Hawthorn Suites at Sea World. After marrying a chef who transferred jobs quite often, she began her travel agent career in Pittsburgh. She then moved to North Carolina to work with both leisure and corporate agencies. Renee enjoyed taking several FAM trips to Cancun, Las Vegas, and the Bahamas. After moving to Cleveland and becoming a mother of three sons is when she says, "it was a pleasure of meeting Rick and Burt and becoming a part of the KHM team!"

Ellen Wuensch - Travel Specialist
Ellen has over thirteen years experience as both a leisure and corporate travel agent. After 9/11 she, like many travel agents, found herself without a position. She eventually took a job in the mortgage business putting her people skills to use. Ellen’s passion for travel had her talking travel when she was working with her mortgage clients, even selling them vacation packages after they closed on their mortgages. About a year ago, she got back into the business, and then was introduced to the management at KHM. Her talents and experience clearly showed that she would be an excellent fit. As an avid cruiser herself, it was only natural for her to gravitate to KHM and their growing cruise business. Ellen now heads the KHM Travel Cruise Department assisting agents with all cruise related issues.

Brittany Green - Accounting Assistant
Brittany loves new experiences and learning as much as she can about the rest of the world. Ever since she was a little kid she used to pretend she was on exotic beaches, even though it was just a sandbox and a plastic pool in her backyard. She also has years of experience in the administrative fields, including payroll, and commissions. Being able to work in such an interesting environment and put her knowledge to use is a perfect combination for her; she really enjoys her job and wants to become more involved with the company.

Dustin Kramer - Agent Support
KHM Travel has recently added Dustin Kramer to the growing agent support department. Dustin works with new and existing agents setting them up with supplier registrations and agent only web site access. His exceptional computer skills make him the perfect match for this extremely valuable role. Dustin caught the cruising fever on his first Royal Caribbean cruise in February of 2007.

Tressa Mazzocca - Marketing Assistant
We are very happy to have found someone to assist the marketing team with agent communications. Tressa Mazzocca is a recent graduate of John Carroll University with a degree in marketing. Tressa is excited to use the knowledge she has acquired and gain experience while helping KHM Travel achieve its marketing goals. Her most recent travel experience was a week in Italy and she hopes to go back soon!

David Kramer - Assistant Office Manager
David joined the team at KHM Travel in late 2006. He brings a fresh, new perspective on how to approach our growing 20 & 30 something crowd of agents. His primary function is to handle membership billings.

Laurier Muniak - Agent Support
All of us at KHM Travel Group are excited about Laurie joining the Agent Support team. She brings her cheerful personality and detailed organizational skills to help round out the corporate offices. Laurie heads up our group cruise and blocked space program.

Laura Lanzer - Agent Support
Laura joined the KHM Travel Agent support team in late 2007. She works with prospective agents to help answer their questions and put the proper information in their hands to help them make an informed decison regarding joining our network of home-based travel agents. Laura lives in Dover, Ohio with her husband Eric and their two great kids. She enjoys being able to telecomute and work her own hours.

Weston Muniak - Technology Support
Weston comes to KHM with a background in customer service and technical support. His areas of technical expertise include website design, software troubleshooting, and graphic design. He previously worked for Digital Integrated Systems, Inc. in a web design and technical support role. His value to KHM is in his ability to address agent concerns in a professional and knowledgeable manner, and his customer service skills are an asset to the company. He joined the agency in May 2008 and enjoys the positive and laid-back work atmosphere.
