KHM Travel Group is one of the county's largest and fastest growing host travel agencies with over 1,200 independent home-based travel agents throughout the US and Canada. We are based in Brunswick, Ohio. The following are positions within our corporate offices in Brunswick.
KHM Travel Group is looking for two in-house travel agents to provide support to our network of home-based travel agents, as well as handle walk in and call in travel sales. The ideal candidates will have 3 - 5 years experience in a travel agent position. A strong leisure/cruise background is a plus.
Must have excellent phone and computer communication skills, a great attention to detail, knowledge in booking travel, computer literate and be willing to manage a flexible work schedule.
Position is hourly with a strong commission incentive.
KHM Travel Group has an immediate opening for a Travel Agent Support person. This individual will be responsible for coaching our new and existing nationwide agent base through telephone, email and live-chat. Other responsibilities include conducting one-on-one agent training's, coordinating online meetings, monitoring and stimulating agent production.
Requirements for the position includes a minimum of 5 years travel sales experience, a thorough knowledge of booking cruises, tours and vacations along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates must be self-starters with a strong work ethic. Fresh ideas and open-minded approach to building our home-based agent base.
Position is hourly.
We have an immediate need for a Receptionist/Office Assistant. The position will require the candidate to answer and screan calls, greeting office visitors, accepting and sending mail/packages, retrieving and directing faxes.
Candidate must have a computer and internet skills, a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, a great attention to detail, and a desire to exceed managers expectation.
This is a full-time hourly position.
The marketing department of KHM Travel Group has an immediate need for a Sales Support person with great organizational skills. This position requires following up with individuals who have requested information on our company. While this is a full-time position, we do offer somewhat flexible hours.
The ideal candidate will have had some telephone sales experience.
