KHM Travel Group is one of the county's largest and fastest growing host travel agencies with over 600 independent home-based travel agents throughout the US and Canada. We are based in Brunswick, Ohio.
KHM Travel Group is looking for two in-house travel agents. The ideal candidates will have 2 - 5 years experience in a travel agent position. A strong cruise background is a plus.
Must have excellent phone and computer communication skills, a great attention to detail, knowledge in booking travel, computer literate and be willing to manage a flexible work schedule.
Position is hourly.
KHM Travel Group has an immediate opening for a Travel Agent Support person. This individual will be responsible for coaching our new and existing nationwide agent base through telephone, email and live-chat. Other responsibilities include conducting one-on-one agent training's, coordinating LiveMeetings, monitoring and stimulating agent production.
Requirements for the position includes a minimum of 3 years travel sales experience, a thorough knowledge of booking cruises, tours and vacations along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates must be self-starters with a strong work ethic. Fresh ideas and open-minded approach to building our home-based agent base.
Position is hourly.
