KHM Travel Group is proud to share that Hannah Butler has been promoted to the position of Director of Finance & Technology Operations. In this strategic role, Hannah will oversee key initiatives related to AI, Business Intelligence, and functions related to our client relationship management systems.
This position directly oversees the Accounting, Billing, Commissions, Information Technology (IT), and Development departments within KHM Travel Group. Hannah’s leadership will be instrumental in integrating data-driven tools and optimizing systems to better support our travel advisors.
Hannah previously served as Senior Manager of Commissions and Accounting. In that role, she tripled her team in two years to keep pace with the rise in agent sales. She was also the 2023 Limelight Award Winner. The Limelight Award celebrates team members who make an extraordinary impact by consistently contributing to our growth and success.

Working with the Executive Team, Hannah will spearhead cross-functional projects that require analytical review, data integration, and advanced systems thinking. Her focus will be on leveraging technology to maintain our central focus – continuing to provide personalized support, education, and coaching!
KHM Travel Group currently provides a personalized website, comprehensive Agent Portal, advanced package within myTravelCRM, and live chat technology to communicate directly with team members for quick assistance.
