KHM Travel Group has implemented a bi-weekly automation for unclaimed commission notifications that has helped link 10,000 bookings so far this year. Since its launch on January 12, 2025, the host agency has seen an increase of 1,800 additional bookings year-over-year.
The commission automation runs every other Sunday, notifying agents who have not submitted their bookings for payment. The email alert encourages the agent to take action and fully submit their booking to receive their unclaimed commissions.
Another recent tech investment includes partnering with a third-party confirmation automation system that runs every 15 minutes, 365 days a year, sending supplier confirmation emails to agents. This has been especially beneficial for increasing efficiency in getting important cruise supplier confirmations into the hands of agents. Faster service for advisors enables them to provide better customer service to their clients.
The new commission automations have been introduced without imposing any additional fees on KHM Travel Group’s independent travel agents.
These enhancements have had proven results as seen in the rise in weekly commission payouts. In 2025, KHM Travel Group has experienced 17 weeks of over $1 million dollars in commission payouts to agents, compared to 14 weeks in 2024. The company is on pace to have its best year to date, driving in $430 million in travel sales.

Just this week, she was named one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of Cleveland for 2025.
